Handcrafted Mangalgiri Cotton Kalamkari Dupatta

Description

This product is a traditional Kalamkari product that has been hand-painted using natural dyes. This process of hand painting often leave behind large color imprints outside the motif outlines. This is the result of the human involvement in the process of the craft and such irregularities are the hallmark of all handmade, handcrafted product that give it a unique edge over industrially produced fabrics and designs.
This is a hand painted kalamkari product which uses natural dyes. Some colors may bleed during the first wash.
MATERIAL: Silk cotton top , Silk cotton bottom and Silk dupatta
SIZE: free size, 2.5 m top, 2.5 m bottom and 2.25 m dupatta
Special Instructions:
> Suggested dry cleaning;
>Wash dark and lite colors separately;
> Store in clean and dry place, away from insects, dust, excessive light & moisture;
Material provided is unstitched. we do not give any guarantee on color/ embroidery/ zari of the material. Since many of our items at Impresa are manufactured using natural dyes, the color may fade a bit and it will give a subtle look to the materials. We advise you to dry wash the material after the first use.
