The dispatch of your order may take between 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that no dispatches will occur on Sundays.

We will provide you with shipping details so you can track your consignments.

Returns will only be accepted for defective items or if the wrong product has been delivered. In such cases, you can exchange the defective product or choose an alternative product later. Refunds or returns for the following reasons will not be entertained:

  • Product not meeting expectations
  • Perceived lack of quality
  • Customer dissatisfaction with color
  • Slight color variation between the ordered and received product image

No dispatch or booking will be initiated until payment has been completed.

A Product Unboxing video from all sides is mandatory. In case of any damage, wrong or missing items, please record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue without any pauses or cuts, and report it within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Please expect slight variations in color or brightness due to digital photography or differences in mobile or computer monitor settings. A 10-20% color difference is considered normal.

Minor issues such as thread pulls, removable stains or spots, and open stitching will not be covered as damages.

Always share a screenshot after making the payment to confirm your order.

These rules will always apply, and we strictly adhere to them to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you.

Return Policy by Impresa:

Currently, we do not accept returns or offer cash refunds. You can only return a product if it has been damaged during transit. However, returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  1. Change of mind or personal preference regarding the purchase.
  2. Perceived differences in color compared to the screen display. Please note that online images closely represent the actual product colors, but slight variations can occur due to lighting conditions during photography.
  3. The product not meeting certain assumptions made by the customer during the purchase. We strive to provide detailed pictures and information to minimize any guesswork by the customer.
  4. We cannot guarantee color accuracy, embroidery, or zari work. Returns based on these conditions will not be processed.
  5. All orders are checked for damages before dispatch, so any physical damage caused after receipt will not be entertained or refunded.

If the return does not fall under the above conditions, we will replace the product or refund the amount paid. To initiate this process, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment by emailing us at contact@impresa.in. Include an image of the concerned product in your email. You will also need to courier the parcel containing the product back to us. The courier must reach us within 7 days of informing us via email. The courier charges will be credited as redeemable credit points to your Impresa account.

Cancellation by Impresa:

At Impresa, we strive to provide the best shopping experience and endeavor to ship products within the promised time frame. However, there may be situations where we are unable to accept or process certain orders due to unavoidable circumstances, stock unavailability, or other unforeseen conditions.

Impresa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons deemed viable by the company at its sole discretion. Some situations that may result in order cancellations include quantity limitations, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verifications or information from the customer before accepting their order. If we cancel your order after your credit card or debit card has been charged, the charged amount will be refunded to your account at the earliest.

Please note: By making a purchase on www.impresa.in, you agree to abide by the aforementioned terms and conditions. You also agree that Impresa’s decision regarding cancellations is final.

Products that have been dispatched cannot be returned unless approval has been granted through contact@impresa.in.

Cancellation by You:

Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase: If you wish to cancel an order placed at Impresa within 24 hours of purchase, please confirm the cancellation in writing by emailing us at contact@impresa.in, including the order number and relevant details. You will receive an email within the next 24 working hours confirming the cancellation and refund status.

Cancellation after 24 hours: If you notify us of the cancellation of your purchase order after 24 hours of payment, please understand that it may or may not be feasible. We want you to understand that, based on your consent (written or verbal), we place the order with the brand. Therefore, canceling the order after 24 hours results in revenue loss for us. In such cases, our team will review the cancellation request, assess the damages, reasoning, validations, and other factors, and provide a decision. However, the final decision rests with Impresa.

Refund Policy:

Partial or complete refunds are at the sole discretion of Impresa. However, a full refund will be granted under the following circumstances:

We take great care when sorting and packaging products, but if we have accidentally shipped the wrong product, you can return it to us, and we will either ship the correct product or provide a refund.

To request a refund, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment by emailing us at contact@impresa.in, including an image of the product. You will also need to courier the parcel containing the product back to us. The courier must reach us within 7 days of informing us via email. The courier charges will be credited as redeemable credit points to your Impresa account.

Condition of the Items for Eligibility of a “Refund”:

We would like to clarify that returned goods must undergo a quality check before refunds are approved. We will consider the following aspects when assessing the return of a product:

  • Items must not be worn or used.
  • Goods should be returned with their original packaging, including tags, accessories, or documentation, in the same condition as when they were shipped.
  • Returned tags, boxes, products, or accessories should be intact, unmarked, and unstained.
  • Items purchased as part of a multi-item pack or set cannot be returned individually.

If stocks are available, we will replace or exchange the item. Otherwise, we will issue online credits to your Impresa account, which can be redeemed for future purchases. Please note that cash refunds will not be provided.

Quality Policy:

At Impresa, we believe in contributing to the betterment of our environment, which is why we only engage in eco-friendly fabric production. Our textiles are crafted using traditional methods such as hand spinning, dyeing, weaving, painting, woodblock printing, and embroidery.

While we produce high-quality fabrics from the finest natural fibers, subtle variations in colors are inherent in the handcrafted process. Impresa does not consider these variations as manufacturing defects.

Occasionally, you may notice slight variations in print or weave. Please note that these are not considered defects or faults but rather characteristic features of the production process.

Since we use both vegetable and commercial dyes to achieve the most visually appealing results, some colors may bleed when washed for the first time. We recommend dry cleaning for all our materials.
