How do I place an Order?
Placing orders on Impresa are easy.Browse through our wide range of products from multi-sets to single dupattas, dress materials to sarees.
Once you have zeroed down on the product/s you want to buy, check the price and stock availability.
Click on the “Add to Cart” Button next to product image.
Review all the selected items in your cart by clicking the cart button on the above right corner of the webpage.
You can remove an item from the cart by clicking the small red cross at the left side of the product name.
Click on the “Proceed to Checkout” tab to complete the order.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If an item is canceled within 24 hours of order placement we shall consider your request. Unfortunately, no cancellation requests post 24hrs shall be entertained.
Do I need an account to place an order?
We strive to provide you a hassle free shopping experience now and later. So, you must have an account with Impresa to checkout your purchase. Signing up is quick and easy listing only minimal and important details. Once you create an account, it will save you time next time you shop as the system will auto update your shipping and other details as soon as you log in.
How do I know my order has been placed?
Once you place the order and make the payment, you shall receive a confirmation mail from our end regarding the confirmation of order.
How Do I Track My Order?
We value your time, thus we try to dispatch your order at the earliest. When we do dispatch your order, we shall send you a confirmatory mail on your registered email address or send an SMS on your registered mobile number. We shall also email you the shipment details for you to easily track your parcel.
What if the product delivered is not the one ordered?
We regret the inconvenience caused, please mail us at impresacollection@yahoo.com regarding the wrong product delivery within 24hours of receiving the parcel. You can courier the product back to us, though the courier charges shall be refunded as credit in your Impresa account, the courier should reach us in next 7 days. We shall assist you with a replacement once we receive the product from your end.
How Can I Return a Product?
We will gladly accept returns if order was delivered incorrectly or damaged. We would consider the following to accept return of a product after a through quality check only. Please note:The product must be in same condition, with all accessories, packaging and documentation intact. If the item is torn or used, the product shall not qualify for a return/

Will I get a full refund if I return the product?
The value of refund varies from one case to another. It would be under the sole discretion of the operations. However, we do not offer cash refunds now, but we shall transfer the credits to your Impresa account. Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?
Due to the exclusive nature of our products we understand the relevance of colours to you for enlisted products. Hence, we photograph all our products under standard lighting to give you images that are similar to the products. Moreover, depending on your screen resolution, handset or computer settings and owing to the difference in light while photography there may be minor variations in dyes, embroidery or fabric of the product from the actual. But we strive to show images that are as closest match to the product.
Do you give any guarantee on color/dye?
No, we do not give any guarantee on color/ embroidery/ zari of the material. Since many of our items at Impresa are manufactured using natural dyes, the color may fade a bit and it will give a subtle look to the materials. We advise you to dry wash the material after the first use.
